Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@thefluxi.com or call +1 850-481-8804 if you need to make changes.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
