How to Place an Order

  1. Browse our store and find the product you'd like to purchase
  2. Select your preferred size, color, or variant (if applicable)
  3. Click "Add to Cart"
  4. Review your cart and click "Checkout"
  5. Enter your shipping address and contact information
  6. Choose your preferred shipping method
  7. Enter your payment details and click "Place Order"
  8. You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after

How to Track Your Order

  1. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the carrier's website
  3. Enter your tracking number to see the latest status of your delivery
  4. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment

 How to Return an Item

  1. Ensure your item is within the 30-day return window from the delivery date
  2. Make sure the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  3. Contact us at support@thefluxi.com with your order number and reason for return
  4. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send return instructions
  5. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions
  6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

How to Use a Discount Code

  1. Add your desired items to the cart
  2. Proceed to Checkout
  3. Look for the "Discount Code" or "Gift Card" field
  4. Enter your code and click "Apply"
  5. The discount will be reflected in your order total

Note: Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

 How to Create an Account

  1. Click "Log In" or "Create Account" at the top of the page
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Click "Create Account" to complete registration
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account
