To ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible, please review our order cut-off times below.

Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CST) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Business Days

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• Monday – Friday: Orders processed same day if placed before 3:00 PM CST
• Saturday & Sunday: Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday
• Federal Holidays: Orders will be processed the next available business day

• 3:00 PM CST = 4:00 PM EST = 1:00 PM PST

Order Processing Time

Once your order is processed, please allow 1–2 business days for handling before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Holidays & Special Closures

During major US federal holidays, our fulfillment center may be closed. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day. We will notify customers of any special closures in advance.
